Outside, in the picnic area, you can survey the view of Loop Head’s Atlantic fringe. Some of the most breath-taking scenery to be found anywhere in Ireland can be enjoyed from this stunning vantage point.
Children are welcome to visit, making a trip to Kilbaha Gallery & Crafts truly a family experience.
Upstairs you will find the ‘Henry Blake Heritage Centre’. It pays tribute to one of Kilbaha’s most famous native sons and houses everything from local folklore to a mini-exhibition of local artefacts. The Centre provides a genuine insight into everyday life in Kilbaha during his lifetime.
As an official Tourist Information Point, you will find all you need to know in terms of accommodation and activities on the Loop Head Peninsula. Armed with a lifetime of local knowledge, Ailish and Liz will ensure that your visit to Loop Head is as varied or as relaxing as you wish.
